This 25 year old Bonita Springs female had breast augmentation 1 year previously by another surgeon who placed 325 cc implants in the subglandular position.  The patient came to Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Naples because she was unhappy with the large size, unattractive shape and drooping.  Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Kent Hasen, exchanged the breast implants to smaller implants (200cc).  Additionally, to improve the upper pole appearance in this thin patient, Dr. Hasen placed the breast implants in a new pocket under the pectoralis muscle.  The photos represent the change before and after the breast implant revision surgery performed by Dr. Hasen.
