Even women with very small breasts to start out can achieve natural-looking fullness with breast enhancement. This 37 year old Naples woman chose Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Naples after many lackluster consults with other plastic surgeons and cosmetic surgeons in Southwest Florida. She wasn’t confident that breast augmentation could give her the natural look she desired.

Her small breast size and lack of cleavage did present unique challenges. Because her surgery was completed before the latest FDA-approved silicone gel implants, I was tasked with making saline implants appear very natural.

The patient chose 325 cc smooth round moderate plus projection saline implants placed below the muscle. I limit dissection laterally when placing breast implants to make them harder to feel. She had a high inframammary fold before her surgery, and I needed to precisely lower the fold to accommodate her implants. I placed the incision at the newly planned inframammary fold to keep the scar as hidden as possible.
