This 35 year old female from Naples, Florida was interested in breast enhancement after her breasts became saggy with pregnancy and breast feeding.  She was referred to Kent V. Hasen, M.D. - board certified plastic surgeon based in Southwest Florida for cosmetic consultation about breast lift with breast implants.  The patient was already large, but wanted to have fullness in the top of the breasts.  A small silicone gel filled breast implant was placed at the time of the breast lift surgery to give the patient the fullness she desired.  Her photos are shown at 1 year post-op.  She maintains good size, shape, symmetry and fullness.
